OUR STORY
THISBOWL was founded in Australia in 2016 out of one, tiny 280 sq ft store in Bondi Beach, Sydney.
The goal was simple: Change the culture of fast food. We were three students in our last year at uni -- 23 years old and hungry for something better to eat when we were together at the beach.
We couldn't find anything that was fresh, tasty, healthy, and affordable, so we decided to take the leap and create the dream ourselves.
Fast forward, and we now have 50+ restaurants across Australia and more recently, NYC.
But one thing is the same – we’re still dreaming about all the ways to make real food you’re excited to eat.
OUR MISSION
THISBOWL is on a mission to change the culture of fast food by empowering people to feel good about what they eat every day.
We’re out to change the idea that fast, accessible and affordable food comes at the expense of taste, nutrition, or authenticity.
The result? THISBOWL. The sum of everything we love and believe in, combining our passion for food, design, music, art, movement, and community.
