REWARDS FAQ

Is Rewards available on both the app + web?

Yep. Once you've created an account, any $1 spent on your THISBOWL web and app account earns you 10 points.

I can't link my Strava to the THISBOWL app.

Let's troubleshoot this.

  1. Make sure your Strava account is public so that your run is shared with us.
  2. Go to Rewards > Challenges > Link Strava and follow the prompts in the THISBOWL app
  3. Turn on push notifications (ahem, if not already) so you're alerted when your reward is ready.

If you need more help, chat to our care team via the contact form and we'll dig into this more.

Where can I see my Rewards?

Your Rewards section shows your points status, available challenges and rewards. Can't see this? You might need to sign in first.
